Reservation Details

• Check-in time is 2:00 - 9:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• A deposit of one night's lodging or a credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
• We are a NON-SMOKING guest house.
• Cash only
• Our guest house is suitable for children ages 8 and older.
• Guests may bring their own alcohol and are welcome to use any of our cocktail glasses and bar accessories.
• A service fee equal to one night's stay will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check in.
• No breakfast provided
• Parking facilities via St. Mary’s car park is 100 yards away from our Guest House. Free overnight parking

For the safety and comfort of our guests we maintain a policy of No Smoking in the bedrooms. You are welcome to smoke in the garden which you can access 24 hours a day. We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of your departure, but you are welcome to leave your luggage at the guest house until you are ready to continue your journey. We try to get the rooms ready for you to check in as early as possible but we cannot guarantee a check in before 2.00pm. However you can arrive as early as you want and we can store your luggage until the room is ready.
